I really like the bloom effect my camera on my phone has. When I want that effect, it's pretty cool. When I don't...... T.S. I guess. I was driving home tonight and with all the lights, I thought the bloom would look pretty cool. Not as good as I thought it might be, but ok nonetheless. The tilt is on purpose. Gives it a little odd feel to it.

#29 - Night Lights
I really like the bloom effect my camera on my phone has. When I want that effect, it's pretty cool. When I don't...... T.S. I guess.
